I remember watching this tutorial a year or so back and at the time most of what Chris was saying was completely new to me. Watching it again was cathartic as it made me see how much we learn over time without even being aware of it. This is a very good tutorial because Chris shows that you can learn as you go and not worry about it. He has such an easy way of explaining the main features of WordPress and his love of what he is doing shows throughout the tutorial. Well worth watching.

This is an EXCELLENT video. So VERY clear! I do have a question. I have a blog where I showcase Handmade Cards that I create. I have tags that I include with the supplies used to create the card. When I am o the homepage of my blog, these items are listed there in the CATERGORY section. I don’t want that there. How can I change the items listed in this section? Also, if I wanted to have links on my sidebar, how would I do that? Any tutorial for that? Thanks so much! Kimberley
